Job Title: Production Associate
Client: Makers Pride
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Industry: Refrigerated Food Manufacturing

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed)

• Refrigerated facility (~30°F)
• Fast-paced production floor
• Standing, bending, lifting throughout shift
• Exposure to noise and airborne particles
• All required PPE provided

Production Associates support daily operations on a refrigerated food production line, focusing on packaging cold food products, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting team goals. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

• Package food products following safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Support team production targets
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and stand for 10+ hours
• Comfortable working in cold environments (30°F)
• Must wear company-provided PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
