HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN CAROL STREAM, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator in the Trim Department to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. This individual will be responsible for operating beveler machinery, supporting trim department production operations, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior machining or advanced machine operation experience, strong communication skills, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities to support training and daily operations.

• Starting at $18.50/hour

  Schedule:
  
  1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Training period approximately 3–4 weeks
• After Training: 3rd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Pay after transfer to 3rd shift:
• $18.50/hour plus 20% shift premium
• Located in Carol Stream, IL

• Operate beveler machinery within the Trim Department
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards
• Perform machine setup and adjustments as needed
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with trainers, supervisors, and team members
• Support additional production and machining tasks as assigned

• Previous machining or advanced machine operator experience required
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
