Location: Carol Stream, IL
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hr
We are seeking a reliable General Warehouse Associate with Forklift experience (required) to join a team that produces high-quality Bi Axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films, including plastic films, OPP film, matte finish lamination film, heat sealable film, coated films, and velvet film.
Job Duties:
- Work in the shipping area handling outgoing materials and orders
- Remove plastic rolls from slitter (up to 50 lbs by hand)
- Use overhead crane for materials over 50 lbs
- Transport rolls to table with plastic bag, place product into bags, then move onto skid
- Operate forklift and overhead crane safely and efficiently
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
- Sweep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Label products accurately as required
- Forklift experience is required
- Experience working in a shipping/warehouse environment preferred
- Must be able to work on your feet for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; heavier items handled with crane
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Ear plugs recommended (provided on site if needed)
- Must follow direction of assigned supervisor
