Shipping, Forklift Operator

Job Title: General Warehouse (Forklift Required Shipping Area)
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Shift: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hr

We are seeking a reliable General Warehouse Associate with Forklift experience (required) to join a team that produces high-quality Bi Axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films, including plastic films, OPP film, matte finish lamination film, heat sealable film, coated films, and velvet film.

• Work in the shipping area handling outgoing materials and orders
• Remove plastic rolls from slitter (up to 50 lbs by hand)
• Use overhead crane for materials over 50 lbs
• Transport rolls to table with plastic bag, place product into bags, then move onto skid
• Operate forklift and overhead crane safely and efficiently
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Sweep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Label products accurately as required

• Forklift experience is required
• Experience working in a shipping/warehouse environment preferred
• Must be able to work on your feet for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; heavier items handled with crane
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Ear plugs recommended (provided on site if needed)
• Must follow direction of assigned supervisor
