Machine Operator – Carol Stream, IL 60108 – $18.75/hr – Monday‑Thursday, 5:00 AM‑3:30 PM (4‑day work week)
OverviewJoin a growing manufacturing team producing industrial kitchen equipment. We are hiring dependable Machine Operators who want a stable schedule, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow in a fast‑paced production environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Set up equipment and load materials for production runs
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support team production goals
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to read basic measurements and instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and teamwork mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
