Carol Stream, ILWe are hiring Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Carol Stream. In this role, you'll help assemble high-quality industrial kitchen equipment used in commercial food service operations. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products.

Responsibilities Assemble industrial kitchen equipment using hand and power tools.

Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings.

Install mechanical components and hardware according to specifications.

Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.

Ability to read measuring devices and follow written instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (8 10 hours)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with standard safety equipment
