MAAC is seeking a strong fabricator/welder with supervisory experience to transition into a lead role. After an introductory hands‑on training period, you will lead and assist the team to meet production goals with a focus on quality and safety, and train new co‑workers.
You will oversee building machine frames and components from structural steel, tear down completed machines for painting and shipping, delegate tasks, and ensure timelines and quality.
