Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive performance across the production floor. This individual will be responsible for overseeing production personnel, supporting equipment operations, training new team members, and ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with previous manufacturing supervision experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing teams and building a positive culture.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least 10 production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Provide hands‑on support on the production floor, assisting operators and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they understand company processes, safety requirements, and production expectations.
• Promote a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor daily production goals and drive productivity across the shift.
• Accurately document production, safety, and quality metrics within company systems.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to address operational challenges and improve overall performance.

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of 10 or more employees.
• Comfortable using computers and manufacturing software systems; prior ERP experience is preferred.
