Summary:

Production worker manufactured goods while maintaining safety and quality standards. Core duties typically involve operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean.

Essential Functions:

While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, as the Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing various tasks with your work team on a production line and ensuring the production of a quality product in a safe working environment. You will also be collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Be an active participant in the plant safety process and contribute ideas to continuously improve operations.

Have a strong commitment to ensure product quality and communicate quality performance information to your production work team. Accurately complete all required training. You will need to able to perform repetitive duties and standing for long periods of time. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Shift: 3rd (9:30pm – 6am) Monday - Saturday, includes 10% shift differential Working in a team environment committed to the long term success of plant operations You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.as needed You will need to have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Willing to overtime as needed You have previous manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or training You have a solid work history and strong attendance record High school diploma or equivalent.
