Production Associate

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE IN CAROL STREAM, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Associate to join our team Carol Stream, IL. This individual will be responsible for a role involving working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on producing high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation, and manufacturing processes within the food industry.

• Ranging to $15 – $16/hour
• 7:30 am – 4 pm

• Located in Carol Stream, IL

• Operate bakery equipment and machinery in accordance with food regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards
• Assist in the preparation, mixing, and baking of various bakery products while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation protocols
• Ensure proper packaging of baked goods, adhering to quality standards and labeling requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools following sanitation procedures
• Monitor production lines for consistency, quality control, and safety compliance throughout the shift
• Perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and portioning as needed
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs or adjustments
• Operate other material handling equipment when required for moving ingredients or finished products.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to food processing, machinery operation, and workplace safety
• Other duties as assigned by owner or Executive Chef

• 3 years of food handling experience
• Food Handler certification required
• Allergens certification required
• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing preferred; familiarity with food processing plants is a plus
• Knowledge of food regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards required
• Understanding sanitation procedures and food industry best practices
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance is desirable
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for measurements and recipe adjustments
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance and safety compliance
• Maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and regulations
