Operations Associate

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Operations Associate to join our team in Carol Stream, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting production teams, handling materials, and performing general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Facility & Equipment Maintenance:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning spills, painting equipment, changing balers, chipping tanks, and completing general housekeeping tasks.
• Production Support:
  Assist operators with manual production tasks, including adding raw materials, loading labels, lids, and cans, and moving finished pallets.
• Material Handling:
  Operate material handling equipment (MHE), move and stage inventory, assist with cycle counts, and maintain equipment such as forklifts and walkie riders.
• Safety & Quality:
  Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining high standards for product quality.
• Team Support:
  Cross-train in other departments as needed and perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, walkie riders, scissor lifts, or similar equipment).
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with computer applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and working overtime as needed.
