Job Summary:

A growing metal manufacturing company in Carol Stream is seeking reliable Assembly Associates to join our production team. This role involves assembling metal components, inspecting finished products, and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Assemble metal parts and components according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices as needed.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• 3-day weekend every week (Friday Sunday off)
• Full-time, stable schedule
