You will perform hourly quality checks on production lines (often 3 lines), document findings, and support HACCP, allergen, GMP, and hold procedures. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 months in QA; SAP/MS Office proficiency is preferred. Overtime may be required in a refrigerated facility.
