As a Rec Dispensary Supervisor you’ll lead our frontline retail team, ensuring every guest receives knowledgeable, compliant, and polished service while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You’ll coach and develop bud tenders, manage daily store operations (sales floor, cash handling, inventory, and compliance), drive customer satisfaction, and partner with leadership to maintain product integrity and merchandising that reflects Altius’ commitment to excellence.
- supervising and training staff,
- overseeing opening/closing and cash procedures,
- enforcing state and local cannabis regulations,
- executing inventory and cycle counts,
- resolving customer issues,
- maintaining merchandising and product quality standards,
- assisting with scheduling and performance feedback,
- and supporting SOP updates and loss-prevention efforts.
