We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen key customer partnerships across the United States and select international markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with deep experience in industrial manufacturing and HVAC account management who thrives in a relationship-focused, technical sales environment.
Position OverviewThe Sales Manager will develop and execute territory strategies, manage high-value accounts, and identify new business opportunities. This position requires 40–60% travel domestically, with occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Manage and expand relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, and key industrial accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets
- Proactively generate new business through cold and warm lead outreach, prospecting, and relationship development
- Lead contract negotiations and close complex sales agreements
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to align customer needs with product solutions
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence reporting
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Monitor competitive activity and recommend strategic adjustments to pricing, positioning, and product offerings
- 6+ years of sales experience within industrial manufacturing, HVAC, or related technical industries
- Proven success in account management and territory development
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industrial applications
- Ability and willingness to travel 40–60% domestically and internationally
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong business acumen
