Sales and Customer Support Associate

Position Overview:

As a Sales and Customer Support Associate, you will deliver exceptional service by engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through their purchasing journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and efficient service to all customers.
• Quickly learning about our product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Greeting customers warmly and identifying their project needs to facilitate sales.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your assigned areas to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Following safety protocols to create a secure environment for everyone.
• Collaborating with Department Supervisors and fellow associates to drive sales and support customer satisfaction.

You may work in various departments including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork,, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Roles could include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
