Position Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and spearhead growth in the Greater Chicago Market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. - Other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 2+ years of managerial experience.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and service‑oriented.
- Familiar with CRM practices and building productive business relationships.
- Goal‑oriented, driven, and experienced in networking with and influencing decision‑makers.
- Excellent selling, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in opening doors to new opportunities.
- Fast learner and passionate about sales.
- Advanced English level.
Our merit‑based salary/bonus program offers exceptional growth opportunities. Target first‑year compensation (base + incentive) for this exempt role is ~$130k DOE.
This is a full‑time position, eligible to participate in the company’s benefit plans including paid time off; major medical, dental, vision; company‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
