Sales Account Specialist

A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Account Specialist to support sales and project coordination efforts. This role works closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth handling of sales processes, orders, and project follow-ups.

• Support sales and project management activities, including lead tracking, order processing, and customer communication
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
• Coordinate customer interactions, training visits, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
• Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal meetings
• Maintain documentation, reports, and sales data
• Support marketing efforts, events, and trade show preparation
