Position Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth for the Greater Chicago Market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical and active role in day‑to‑day operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a sales professional, demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and exhibit our core values.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field
- 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- 3–5 years product‑based B2B outside sales experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.
- Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service‑oriented.
- Familiar with CRM practices, with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Goal‑oriented, driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision‑makers.
- Excellent selling, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in opening doors to new opportunities.
- Fast learner and passionate for sales.
- Advanced English level.
Our merit‑based salary/bonus program offers exceptional growth opportunities. Target first‑year compensation (base + incentive) for this exempt role is ~$130k DOE.
