Sales Account Manager - Packaging

Account Manager opportunity available with growing packaging company! (Base + Bonus)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

We are a flexible packaging company servicing the United States and Canada, specializing in polyethylene film extrusion and bag converting. We provide customized solutions through a vast network of distributors and serve end-use markets including food service, healthcare, agriculture, commercial properties, manufacturing, education, and governmental agencies.

We are growing and looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the team.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the food manufacturing industry.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competitors’ status.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and its current events, trends, and challenges.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
