The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within the Korean market and other retail and restaurant accounts across a multi-state territory. This role involves customer support, product promotion, market development, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable with frequent regional travel.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers by processing orders, introducing products, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Promote company products and provide product recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate and share market information with the sales team.
- Support new product development initiatives by gathering customer feedback and market insights.
- Assist with other sales-related activities and projects as assigned.
- Travel regularly throughout assigned territories to visit customers and develop business relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communicate customer needs internally.
08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Monday – Friday
(In office when not visiting customers)

Salary / Benefit$53K – $58K DOE. Higher compensation may be considered based on experience.

Qualifications- Required:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Korean or Japanese (spoken and written)
- Ability to travel frequently within a multi-state territory
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight
- Preferred:
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in food, restaurant, retail, or distribution-related industries
- Customer service or account management experience
- Self‑motivated and proactive
- Strong customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with overnight travel (approximately 4–6 nights per month)
