Customer Account Manager

• Own, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing Serac accounts
• Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, spare parts, field service, and maintenance agreements into those accounts
• Partner with operations and engineering stakeholders to solve real production problems
• Draft and execute strategic account plans that drive measurable revenue growth
• Coordinate internally with engineering, applications, service, and parts to deliver for the customer
• Manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit revenue targets
• Travel to customer sites to build the relationships that win the business

• Solid understanding of the automation and packaging industry
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
• 10 years of experience with packaging equipment
• 5 years of experience with filling and capping
• 5 years of experience managing client accounts
• Proven problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation ability
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under deadline pressure

This is a territory role based in the Twin Falls, . You must live within about a 4-hour drive of Twin Falls or be open to relocating into that range. Expect 50% or more travel, domestic and international, with a valid passport.
