Field Service Technician

If you enjoy building things, solving technical challenges in a friendly environment, and occasionally traveling to support customers in the field, this could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you’ll work both in-house on equipment assembly and testing and out in the field supporting installations and customer needs.

You’ll play an important role in bringing our systems to life and ensuring they perform at their best:

• Assist in building UV LED, Arc UV, IR, and Air Drying systems on the production floor
• Collaborate with coworkers
• Perform a variety of assembly tasks using power tools, hand tools, and electrical test equipment
• Conduct in-house factory testing of UV and drying systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely (phone/internet support)
• Install and start up systems at customer facilities (primarily in North America)
• Occasional travel

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with PLCs and HMIs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
