Maintenance Technician II, Full-time

Covenant Living Communities -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work orders including auto/small engine mechanics, carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, emergency generators, low voltage applications, fire alarms, valves, fixtures, locks in accordance with campus procedures and industry standards;
Inspect facilities, systems and their components for safety, cleanliness, and identify necessary repairs;
Use a variety of hand tools and small power tools; maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition;
Perform general labor including event setups, deliveries, and moves;
Troubleshoot building and equipment issues; willing to learn and expand trade knowledge; participate in on-call schedule
