• Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one‑on‑one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation
• Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short‑ and long‑term interventions while developing individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW/MA level prepared team members

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university
• LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
• Prior experience working with children and families

• Passionate about supporting children, teens, and families through emotional, social, and behavioral challenges
• Adapt communication style to each child’s developmental level, including using nonverbal strategies when needed, to ensure children feel understood and supported
• Bring strong clinical judgment and the ability to tailor interventions to each child’s unique needs
• Committed to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to a positive, family‑centered therapy experience

Work Schedule:

Three nights until 7 pm, one night until 6 pm, and one evening until 5 pm.
