Class B Delivery Driver job at Skilled Trades Services. Carol Stream, IL.
*** NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE***
If you have a commercial license, we need to talk to you! Lots of OT! Company will pay $50 per hotel stay!
Class B drivers needed for rapid hire! The shift is Monday‑Friday with an early morning start! Must be willing to layover 1 to 2 times a week.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a Class B commercial/heavy or tractor‑trailer truck. Trucks are automatic transmissions with side door & lift gate, and have a GVW of at least 26,000 lbs.
- Making deliveries to restaurants.
- We travel to MN, WIS, IN, KS, MO, MI, OH and KY. Some routes will require a layover.
- Up to 50 hours per week with OT after 40!
- This job requires touching freight (load and unload).
- Properly track and document activity log.
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
- Inspect truck before and after trips.
- Previous experience in truck driving
- Commercial driver's license
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
