** We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver - CDL to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact while enjoying a schedule that allows you to be home every night.  Addtionally, eligible new hires will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing 90 days of continuous employment.
** Position may involve loading, securing and driving Company vehicles in accordance with all licensing and DOT regulations. Deliver finished goods for customer's installation process at jobsite or their shop.
* Follows maps or written directions to deliver to customer's shop or jobsite
* Uses good judgment in assessing jobsite conditions and safe unloading, using all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated per job function.
* Obtains valid signature on all delivery documents and photo (if applicable).
* May operate boom crane or other truck-mounted equipment if needed
* Completes daily required truck inspection including all appropriate lift equipment (including mobile / Moffett).
* Completes electronic driver logs as needed or backup manual logs.
* Follows all DOT and licensing requirements as needed.
* Must be flexible and available for nights, weekends or early morning deliveries
* Lift boxes of material to stage in desired containers for shipment.
* Operates available equipment to ready crates and boxes for loading process.
* Uses available equipment to load and unload pipe and material from flat bed and box type trailers.
* Follows all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Safely loads, straps, and bundles product on truck, including proper tags and paperwork.
* Effectively communicates with customers verbally and in writing in a business-like and professional manner.
* Performs other duties as assigned## Qualifications Requires enough basic education to understand and follow standard practice or oral instruction, use simple arithmetic, keep simple records, or use of simple office/warehouse machines. (Up to and including high school).
* Has appropriate CDL license, as well as equipment certifications (crane, industrial truck)
* Minimum of 6 months in a previous driving position preferred.
* Basic keypad and/or keyboard skills.
* Prior experience with RF technology used in bar coding environment helpful.
* 1 year working in a multitask environment while under time constraints.
* Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a Medical Certificate, as well as complying with random DOT drug and alcohol testing as required by FMCSA Regulations.
* Basic arithmetic skills required using whole numbers and decimals
