** Position Overview*
* We are currently hiring
** Warehouse Associates
** to support a fast-paced distribution environment. This role primarily focuses on
** picking and packing orders
** and requires employees to be on their feet for the entire shift. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, dependable, and able to meet productivity goals.
** Project Duties:*
* + Dismantling warehouse racks
+ Repacking inventory
+ Rebuilding racks
+ Strong performers may be considered for long-term roles
** Pay Rates*
* $16.50/hour - Full-Time Day Shift (Mon-Thurs)
$17.50/hour - Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun)
** Job Duties*
* + Picking orders using scan guns
+ Operating pallet jacks
+ Transporting orders to the packing area
+ Packing items accurately and efficiently
+ Must be available to work required holidays, including Memorial Day and the 4th of July.
** Schedule both shift start times to be 4 am or 6 am*
* ** Weekday
Shift:
** Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts)
** Weekend
Shift:
** Friday-Sunday (12-hour shifts)
+ Employees will be
** standing and walking throughout the entire shift*
* ** Dress Code & Work Environment*
* + Closed-toe shoes required (
** no steel toe required** )
+ No hoodies, leggings, sweats, or long skirts
+ No climate-controlled environment
+ Personal items must be kept in vehicles
** Hiring Process*
* + No client interview required
+ Must complete and pass:
+ Background screening
+ Drug screening
+ On-site onboarding (includes facility tour)
** Requirements*
* + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Comfortable standing/walking for the entire shift
+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
+ Must have reliable transportation (within ~10-mile range preferred)
