Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Shift: 7am-3:30pm

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our team at a busy clothing distribution facility in Carol Stream. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

• Pick and pack clothing items based on order requirements
• Prepare shipments and ensure accurate labeling
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
