Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking an Equipment Operator 1st shift to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $18-$19

Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

What's the Job?

• Operate a ride‑on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to navigate warehouse aisles and select products.
• Pick items for customer orders according to pick sheets or scanner instructions.
• Label and organize products for accurate order fulfillment.
• Palletize products securely for safe transport and delivery to the dock area.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and order progress.

What's Needed?

• Documented experience operating a ride‑on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) or walkie rider.
• Order picking and packing experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management, receiving, and scanner use.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, including EPJ operation.
