Crafty’s mission is to help companies craft better workplaces by providing the services and technology to deliver a modern, comprehensive food & beverage program for their employees, no matter where they work. After operating with a vertically integrated supply chain (i.e., directly fulfilling orders from Crafty-operated distribution centers) in Chicago and the Bay Area, our team launched a third party fulfillment model that has rapidly scaled our coverage into over 25 markets globally, in just a year’s time.

The Role

Crafty is seeking an experienced warehouse specialist for the Fulfillment Associate role who will support our Chicago market operation in delivering the highest quality food and beverage experience for our clients through the support of our inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment operations by ensuring products are processed through our fulfillment center with operational efficiency and accuracy.

This is a full‑time, in‑person role located at our Carol Stream, IL, fulfillment center. Shift will be as follows:

• Sunday: 9am - 5:30pm
• Monday - Thursday: 12:30pm - 9:00pm

Ideal Experience

• Experience in warehouse roles such as inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment
• Experience utilizing warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and fork lifts
• Experience using warehouse management systems, Google Suite, E‑commerce, and fulfillment platforms (Shopify & Shipstation) to execute in fulfillment responsibilities
• Food and beverage industry experience
• Parcel and LTL shipping experience

Role Goals

• Goal #1 — Inventory Accuracy:
  The Fulfillment Associate will achieve an inventory audit score at or above 98.5%, as measured by weekly inventory audits reviewed monthly, to ensure accurate product processing through the fulfillment center and support Crafty’s 2026 Market Profit goal of $23.6M.
• Goal #2 — Fulfillment Accuracy:
  The Fulfillment Associate will maintain a hard error percentage of 2% or lower, as measured by quality investigation performance reporting in Tableau reviewed monthly, to ensure fulfillment accuracy and support Crafty’s 2026 Market Profit goal of $23.6M.
• Goal #3 — Units Per Hour (UPH):
  The Fulfillment Associate will demonstrate consistent month‑over‑month improvement in Units Per Hour (UPH) by focusing on efficiency, time on task, and the active application of coaching and feedback from their manager, as measured by inbound and outbound units processed relative to…
