Order Fulfillment Associate (Pick & Pack Warehouse Associate)

Temporary / Full-Time (1-Month Assignment)

We are seeking reliable Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates for a 1-month assignment in Carol Stream, IL. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday): 12‑hour shifts (start time: 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM) – $16.50/hour
• Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday): 12‑hour shifts (start time: 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM) – $17.50/hour

Candidates must be able to start at either 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM. You will be assigned to one shift type for the duration of the assignment.

• Pick and pack orders accurately using order sheets
• Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Break down and reassemble warehouse racks and extra storage units as needed
• Assist with general warehouse organization and set‑up
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Can work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Operate a Pallet Jack
