About the RoleWe are seeking reliable Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates for a 1-month assignment in Carol Stream, IL. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Shift Schedules & Pay- 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday): 12‑hour shifts (start time: 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM) – $16.50/hour
- Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday): 12‑hour shifts (start time: 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM) – $17.50/hour
Candidates must be able to start at either 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM. You will be assigned to one shift type for the duration of the assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack orders accurately using order sheets
- Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Break down and reassemble warehouse racks and extra storage units as needed
- Assist with general warehouse organization and set‑up
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Can work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Operate a Pallet Jack
