** About the Role*
* We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking  
** Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates
** to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

** Shift Options & Pay*
* ** 1st

Shift: *
* + Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

+ Pay:  **$16.50/hour*
* ** Weekend

Shift: *
* + Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

+ Pay:  **$17.50/hour*
* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets

+ Use RF scanner to locate, verify, and track inventory

+ Prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and correctness

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

+ Meet productivity and accuracy standards

** Qualifications*
* + Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (not required)

** Experience using RF scanners preferred*
* + Ability to stand, walk long distances through out the day

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Reliable and punctual

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
