Summary/Objective
The Fulfillment Team Member assists the Fulfillment Squad Leaders in completing the mission provided by Grunt Style. Team members are detail oriented and have better than average coordination to operate equipment and ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders being shipped. They must have the good judgment to perform complicated tasks and must be able to work closely with other team members without constant supervision.
Skilled fulfillment team members are constantly alert and observant of their surroundings. Additional duties may be assigned.

- Attendance is critical for this job position and the success of the company.
- Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance; determine the most economical and efficient shipping method; selects appropriate shipping containers; packs items to ensure safe delivery.
- Check items to be shipped against invoices to ensure that quantity, destination, and routing is all correct.
- Sort, count, package, label, unpack, and/or log inventory which is shipped.
- Track inventory and effectively communicate barriers with leadership.
- Effectively pick, pack, ship and cycle count within the specified rate of the home process or department.
- Process orders including additional value added services.
- Meet pick, ship, pack and/or cycle count goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Cleaning and Restocking areas as assigned.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, and effectively communicate concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties, as necessary.
- Flexibility – able to adapt to changing duties and conditions.

- Technical Capacity, able to operate shipping equipment, efficient.
- Thoroughness, detail oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a warehouse setting with no air conditioning.

- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

This is a full-time position that requires some weekend work. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 1st Shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 2nd Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Can be eligible for promotion within 90 days
