Job Description Summary
Job Purpose:
Based on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the supply chain manager handles and monitors product orders (equipment, materials, etc.), based on requirements and inventories. He/she draws up assembly orders to prepare and/or adapt standard equipment to the configuration requested by the customer.

Activities:
Place and track product orders with the manufacturer, based on stock levels and supply conditions (configuration, lead times, etc.);
Receive and analyze customer purchase orders;
Order additional equipment from the manufacturer or other supplier;
Communicate order information to the parties involved, in order to obtain the place of assembly of the equipment and a provisional delivery date to the customer;
Manage changes to orders generated by the manufacturer(s) and changes to the order (changes to the order at the customer's request, deadlines, etc.) and inform the parties involved;
Draw up and send assembly instructions to the workshop within the time required to ensure delivery of equipment on the date requested by the customer;
Prepare invoicing file (assembly order, invoice for machine, equipment, services, etc.);
Transport and rerouting requests;
Participate in the inventory process.
Responsibilities and Scope for Action:
Guarantees the completion and follow-up of orders through to delivery of equipment;
Contributes to the achievement of objectives within the scope of responsibility;
Ensure proper processing of supplier invoices;
Ensure the quality of data entered into the business tool;
Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules.
Professional Knowledge Diploma(s) and/or Experience(s):
Bac +2 to Bac +3 level in supply chain or procurement desired and/or 3 years of significant experience preferred.
Specific Knowledge(s):
Technical skill(s) - Professional knowledge of the supply chain (inventory management, procurement, etc.);
Professional knowledge of products (ranges, features, etc.);
General knowledge of IT tools and information systems;
Intermediate level of English (B1);

People skills.
