Assembly Set-up & Operator

Job Summary:

Responsible for operating machines, performing inspections, recording production data, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines, including piercing, bending, and forming equipment.

Perform first-piece inspections and record measurements.

Inspect parts for defects and verify work using drawings, gauges, micrometers, and scales.

Load/unload materials and assist with moving parts as needed.

Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or tooling issues.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:2–3 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.

Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).Ability to read measurements and use inspection tools.

English speaking preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Ability to stand, move materials, and perform light physical tasks.
