ENTRY-LEVEL Production/Assembly Associates Needed!
TEMP-TO-HIRE
1ST & 2ND SHIFT AVAILABLE
Location: Carpentersville, IL
Shift:
1st shift- 6:30am – 3:00pm M-F
2nd shift- 3:20 PM – 11:50 PM M-F
Pay:
1st shift- $15 per hour + Overtime
2nd shift- $16hr + Overtime
Position Overview
Pride Staff is seeking Entry-Level Production/Assembly Trainees to join a premier, high-tech manufacturing facility in the Carpentersville area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a specialized production environment.
In this role, you will be trained to assemble sophisticated mechanical and electrical components used in global technology applications. The work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled, and modern facility where quality and attention to detail are the top priorities.
What You Will Do (Full Training Provided):
- Precision Assembly: Learn to assemble intricate components using specialized hand tools and guided workstations.
- Process Documentation: Follow detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure every product meets high-level industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing on finished products.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a structured production environment to meet daily output goals.
