We are seeking a Customer Certification Program Manager to support a critical SAP transition initiative. Following SAP go-live, customer specification processes that were previously automated will move to a manual workflow, creating a need for additional support during SAP stabilization and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer specification tracking, review, and approval processes
- Support SAP stabilization and post-go-live activities
- Coordinate new customer specifications and process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and compliance
- Help optimize customer specification workflows within SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience required
- Program coordination, project coordination, or business process management experience
- Experience working with customer specifications, quality systems, or manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Manufacturing, chemical, life sciences, medical device, or regulated industry experience preferred

Job Description:
Customer Certification Program Coordinator Implements operational goals to execute product compliance strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring the company’s products meet regulatory standards and compliance certifications are obtained and maintained. Participates in product design reviews, identifies and interprets applicable regulatory standards and requirements, and provides guidance and training to prevent compliance issues from the initial product design throughout production and delivery of the final product.
Contributes to product labeling accuracy and consistency by standardizing compliance-related labeling (e.g., warnings, certifications, language requirements). Performs internal audits on technical documentation (e.g. declarations of conformity and material certifications) to ensure all records are current and audit-ready. Coordinates both internal testing and external testing, and maintains all documentation. Ensures suppliers comply with domestic and international requirements. Communicates with internal and external parties, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to provide information and support, requiring explanation and engagement.
