Our Approach at CASAt Community Autism Services (CAS), we know that great clinicians don't always start full-time-and that's okay. Our part-time home and community roles are designed to provide meaningful experience, strong support, and a clear pathway to increased hours as families and schedules align.
We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and invest in every team member through training, mentorship, and structured clinical oversight.

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired.

What You'llDo- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings
- Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children
- Collect accurate session data and progress notes
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
- Support skill generalization across environments

- Prior ABA or behavioral health experience
- Higher education or relevant coursework
- Fluency in additional languages
- Advanced certifications or specialized training
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
