As a Repair & Maintenance Technician at Local Bounti, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our state‑of‑the‑art greenhouse facility. By maintaining and repairing essential equipment, you will support our mission to grow and deliver fresh, sustainably produced leafy greens.

• Day‑to‑Day Operations:
  Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to support production processes and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Implement and carry out preventive maintenance schedules for equipment to extend lifespan and prevent unplanned breakdowns.
• Equipment Repair:
  Conduct repairs on a wide variety of equipment, including HVAC systems, conveyor belts, pumps, and other machinery in the facility.
• Technical Support:
  Provide technical support and advice to the production team regarding equipment use and maintenance best practices.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repair logs, parts used, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
