Licensed Vocational Nurse

Human Good community is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care to older adults in our senior living community. In this on-site role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-focused care. You will support CNAs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to senior residents per care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments, observing and documenting resident responses
• Monitor vital signs, changes in condition, and promptly report concerns
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care
• Support and guide CNAs and care staff, promoting safe, high-quality care
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in all care activities
• Participate in care conferences, assessments, and interdisciplinary team meetings
