• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry (or related field) preferred.
• Laboratory experience: 0 years for Bachelor’s, 2 years for Associate’s, 4 years for High School/GED.
• Experience with analytical techniques (GC, GPC, UV/Vis, FTIR, rheology, thermal analysis) and basic physical chemistry parameters (pH, pressure, temperature).
• Proficient in using the Scientific Method, calibrated instruments, and safe chemical handling.
• Basic computer skills:
  Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Execute QC testing of samples following approved test method procedures using GC, GPC, UV-Vis, and FTIR.
• Perform basic routine testing including viscosity, pH, tensile, and acid/base titrations.
• Carry out standardized test methods for validation purposes.
• Perform daily calibration verifications and troubleshooting on testing instruments (GC, GC/MS, GPC).
• Prepare calibration standard solutions and build calibration curves.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure supplies are stocked, labeled, and accessible.
• Document and report results in accordance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
• Support safety culture, follow safety procedures, and perform routine cleaning and housekeeping.
• Use internal software (Oracle Agile PLM, SAP) to generate QC change orders and other related tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently following clear instructions.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

• Predominantly indoor lab and office environment.
• Exposure to laboratory hazards requiring PPE.
• Periodic excursions to production floor.

Pay: $57,500.00 – $92,575.00 pre‑tax (actual pay may vary).
