Location:

Type:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry (or related field) preferred. - Laboratory experience: 0 years for Bachelor’s, 2 years for Associate’s, 4 years for High School/GED.
- Experience with analytical techniques (GC, GPC, UV/Vis, FTIR, rheology, thermal analysis) and basic physical chemistry parameters (pH, pressure, temperature).
- Proficient in using the Scientific Method, calibrated instruments, and safe chemical handling.
- Basic computer skills:
Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Execute QC testing of samples following approved test method procedures using GC, GPC, UV-Vis, and FTIR.
- Perform basic routine testing including viscosity, pH, tensile, and acid/base titrations.
- Carry out standardized test methods for validation purposes.
- Perform daily calibration verifications and troubleshooting on testing instruments (GC, GC/MS, GPC).
- Prepare calibration standard solutions and build calibration curves.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure supplies are stocked, labeled, and accessible.
- Document and report results in accordance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
- Support safety culture, follow safety procedures, and perform routine cleaning and housekeeping.
- Use internal software (Oracle Agile PLM, SAP) to generate QC change orders and other related tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Basic math and statistics.
- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
- Team‑player ability to work effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to read and follow procedures.
- Ability to work independently following clear instructions.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Predominantly indoor lab and office environment.
- Exposure to laboratory hazards requiring PPE.
- Periodic excursions to production floor.
Pay: $57,500.00 – $92,575.00 pre‑tax (actual pay may vary).
