Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Carpinteria, CA. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on warehouse support, accurate inventory work, and a clean, organized work environment.

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will support daily warehouse operations by preparing customer orders, receiving incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with light assembly and packaging. This position offers a supervised, safety‑focused setting with light lifting only and long‑term growth potential for the right candidate.

Candidates who are detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and with a team will do well in this role. • Prepare, package, and organize outgoing customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and shipping documentation.
• Assemble promotional product packages, boxed items, and related order materials.
• Keep warehouse areas, workstations, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Assist with general warehouse support tasks as needed to keep orders moving efficiently.

• Pay: $20 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

  Monday through Friday, full-time.
