Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A or Master Level automotive technician for an independent European specialty repair facility in West End, North Carolina.
European vehicle experience is preferred but not required for a technician with strong overall diagnostic and repair capabilities. This opportunity offers $40.00-$45.00 per hour, $100,000+ annual earning potential with quarterly bonuses, early Fridays, no weekends, and a modern, climate-controlled facility with OEM-level diagnostic technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles, including Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and network diagnostics.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and accurately document repair recommendations.
• Use OEM-level scan tools and factory service information to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
• Perform high-quality automotive maintenance and repair services while meeting shop standards.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to support efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience
  .
• European vehicle diagnostic and repair experience preferred.
• Strong overall automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using OEM-level scan tools and factory service information.
• Professional automotive repair shop experience.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
