We are seeking a creative, collaborative and detail-oriented individual to support our email and SMS marketing efforts. This individual would report to the Senior Specialist of Email Campaigns. This is a contract role for up to six months, with the expectation of being in the office three days per week.
Responsibilities- Support the implementation of personalization and dynamic content across national email and SMS campaigns
- Build and deploy automated customer journey campaigns and relevant triggers — targeting key moments in the customer lifecycle
- Build and maintain audience segmentation for targeted email and SMS campaigns
- Support the build and deployment of national email and SMS campaigns, working in conjunction with product marketing, graphic design, and creative copywriting teams
- Execute A/B tests to optimize performance and improve key metrics
- Bachelors degree
- 1 to 3 years of related work experience, includes internships
- Previous email marketing experience and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Marigold / Cheetah Digital experience highly valued)
- Interest in email campaign creation and design, product marketing, and customer retention
- Previous experience with Live Clicker, Movable Ink or similar platform highly valued
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace products - Familiarity with Click Up or similar project management software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong ability to listen to feedback and adapt
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage time effectively and exhibit a strong ability to multitask
- Solution-oriented, process-driven and detail-oriented
