Overview
The Analyst, Business Systems & Data Operations leads the administration, and optimization of critical business applications that support enterprise operations across retail, distribution, finance, and e-commerce functions. This role owns and resolves system-related requests, issue resolution, and cross-platform integrations. This position is hybrid, with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all enterprise applications.
- Support, maintain, and improve business system configurations in alignment with operational goals.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, SWOT analysis, and impact assessments.
- Translate business requirements into workable solutions, often creating process flows and fit-gap analyses.
- Lead the configuration and maintenance of core modules across multiple systems, preferably Net Suite.
- Support planning, testing, and rollout of system upgrades and new functionality.
- Work closely with vendors for responsive support and issue resolution.
- Provide ongoing support to operations, finance, merchandising, and IT in optimizing system workflows and performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop training materials for end-users.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and change management to ensure successful product adoption.
- Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between ERP systems (Net Suite) and third-party applications.
- 5+ years of experience working in enterprise business systems and integrations across retail, warehouse, and financial domains.
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle ERP systems – Net Suite, Oracle ...etc.
- Strong project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools; experience with scripting or automation is a plus.
- Ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and rapidly adapting to new tools and technologies.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (Preferred).
