Caroline Furnishing + Design is in search of an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills for an administrative assistant position.
Job DescriptionWe are a growing business in need of project manager to coordinate commercial furnishing projects for our clients. This is a fast paced and full time position. We need an individual who will work with our customers from start to finish.
Expectations- Creating Quotes and Purchase Orders and working with multiple manufacturers and sales staff.
- Verify incoming product information including case counts, and pallet counts on active loads from purchase orders to create Delivery Tickets for installers.
- Keep track and put job packets in a comprehensive and detailed job packet for sales and delivery team.
- Work on multiple projects while prioritizing and completing all work in a timely order.
- Full time: 40 hours, 5 days week
- Willing to learn our companies computer program
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office, word, power point, and excel.
