Today, we are seeking a new Project Manager to join our Operations Team. Our ideal candidate would fit well in the above-mentioned environment and be a smart, well‑organized, solutions‑based problem solver with an attention to detail. In our search, we will prioritize candidates with B2B project‑management experience, customer service experience, and a college degree. An understanding of the contract furniture industry is a plus but not required.
As a Project Manager at Furniture Lab, you'll have the unique opportunity to work creatively, problem‑solve and contribute to our mission of delivering cutting‑edge commercial dining solutions. Your role is pivotal in strengthening client relationships, ensuring the seamless execution of projects that drive our company forward and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Primary responsibilities- Manage projects from completion of sale through installation.
- Actively manage supply chain through engagement with partner factories and freight providers.
- Manage service tickets (diagnose and resolve) through direct engagement with customers and factories.
- Assist Furniture Lab Sales Team with timely and accurate information.
- Ensure Customer’s needs are met through lifecycle of project.
- Salary (based on experience), monthly and quarterly team bonuses, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance and 401k with profit sharing.
