Full-time Team Leads are responsible for training and supervision of Certified Peer Support Staff. Team Leads establish and update Person Centered Plan and coordinate service authorization/reauthorizations. Team Leads also monitor peer support services for quality, utilization and compliance.
- Be a Qualified Professional, per 10A NCAC 27G .0104
- In-depth understanding of Peer Support Services, per NC Medicaid Clinical Coverage Policy 8G
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and cell phone access
- Ability to supervise a caseload of up to 8 CPSS
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record software
