  Monday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm
• Schedule
  :
  Incumbent will work Monday 8:00am to 8:00pm, 3 days 8:00am to 5:00pm, and 1 day 8:00am to 1:00pm. Additionally, 2 Saturday Work Days will be required per month

• Utilizes the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and recording of patient care and patient education.
• Provides support to providers by anticipating needs and assisting in the provision of care; coordinates services with other health-care team members, internal and external, to deliver complex patient care.
• Answers or returns phone calls; provides onsite and telephone triage.
• Mentors and participates in the orientation of new staff; provides leadership and models professional behavior for Medical Assistants.
• Assists with the check-in process when needed; serves as a member of the interdisciplinary care team and participates in huddles.
• Practices within the scope of the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act and Piedmont Health Services' policies, procedures, and standards.

• Education
  :
  Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current/Valid License
  : NC Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License;
  Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is required.
• One year of general registered nursing experience (preferably within the last five years). The one-year requirement may be waived with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing obtained within the last two years with Community Health Nursing coursework and a community health internship completed within the last two years.
• Preferred:
  Previous experience in an ambulatory health care setting.
• Immunizations:
  Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.

Pay Rate
: $59,050 - $95,536 (commensurate with years of LPN or RN experience)
